Our clients include: people expecting joint replacement surgery, stroke and Parkinson’s patients, people with Osteoarthritis or Rheumatoid arthritis, first time exercisers, the aging population, pre and post natal people and anyone with specific health and wellness goals.
group classes
At Ritual Studio our group classes are all boutique in size, meaning ten or less students in class at any given time. This allows the instructor to give full and careful attention to all students.
