We provide services and treatments so clients can move better, feel better, live better.

Collective Wellness is a cooperative venture of like-minded healthcare practitioners in Stratford, Ontario.

kinesiology

Registered Kinesiologists work with clients to achieve movement independence and pain free movement of the body. We work alongside other health care providers such as physiotherapists, chiropractors, massage therapists and osteopaths to generate an exercise plan that is appropriate for the client.

Kinesiology sessions can address many things including: before and after joint replacement surgeries, pre and post natal strengthening, postural correction and general strength and mobility improvements for happier joints, stronger muscles and easier movement overall.

registered massage therapy

The practice of massage therapy is the assessment, treatment and prevention of physical dysfunction and pain of the soft tissues and joints by way of manipulation to develop, maintain, rehabilitate or augment physical function, or to relieve pain. Other benefits of massage therapy include: improved circulation, blood flow and lymphatic drainage; better connection between the brain and the body; decreased pain, spasms and cramps; increased range of movement; calming the nervous system, improving length and quality of sleep; help in the treatment of stress, depression and anxiety.

osteopathy

Osteopathy emphasizes the interrelationship between structure and function of the body. Osteopaths are functional anatomists who use hands-on approach of manual therapy.
They find the health, rather than focus on disease. Osteopathic treatment works to restore proper body mechanics, nerve impulses and the circulation of body fluids. Affecting all layers of the anatomy and physiology, improving overall functional movement through the body.

medical aesthetics

Medical aesthetics sits in a beautiful little niche in between the beauty industry and plastic surgery, focusing on improving an individual's cosmetic appearance. Qualified medical aestheticians require a high degree of skill, training, and knowledge of anatomy and physiology.
